【经曹决策程序】经营决策过程的规律性表现。有发现问题、确定目标、拟制方案、分析评价、选择方案、实施追踪等六个步骤。1.发现问题。经营决策的起点，把需要解决问题的症结所在及其产生的原因分析清楚。一位优秀的公司经营者，不应漫不经心地等待，而应善于根据公司经营环境分析和组织诊断，从蛛丝马迹中找出问题。2.确定目标。是经营决策的依据。在发现了经营问题之后，就要进行调查研究，具体分析，一一搞清楚问题的性质、特点和范围，尽量以差距的形式把间题的症结所在表达出来，找到产生差距的真正原因，从而确定问题所期望达到的结果，即决策目标。例如，某地区发现本区的商品房出现滞销现象，针对这个间题，公司的决策者应立即组织人员进行调查分析，弄清房地产市场的供求现状及发展趋势，商品房滞销是价格太高，还是在于建筑质量差等等。只有这样，才能确定正确的目标，作出“降低成本、提高建筑质量”的决策。3.拟制方案。4.分析评价。对每一个备选方案，对其有关的技术、经济、社会环境等各方面的条件、因素、潜在问题进行可行性分析，并与预先确定目标进行比较，作出评价。5.选择方案。整个经营决策的中心环节，决策者的重要职责。要求掌握方案的选择标准。一般地说，能保证最好地实现决策目标，如在同样可以实现决策目标的前提下，要使得到的利益尽可能大，付出的代价尽可能小;实现经营决策目标的决策把握尽可能大，副作用尽可能小等等。6.实施追踪。决策在实施过程中必然会碰到新问题，引起新矛盾，会出现变化的情况和决策目标偏离现象。这就要求决策者必须重视信息反馈，及时总结经验教训，依据客观情况对方案进行必要的调整和修改。以保证决策目标的最终实现。
