原料配方
皮料：富强粉800克 猪油200克 清水250克 柠檬黄食用色素适量
酥料：富强粉600克 猪油300克
馅料：豆蓉2.35千克 糖瓜粒125克 熟猪肉(切粒)375克 榄仁150克
制作方法
1.水油皮的调制：先将富强粉800克过筛去杂物后，放在案板上围成圈形，中旬放猪油200克、清水约250克、色素搅匀后投入富强粉，搓至纯滑有筋，不沾手，即成油皮。
2.酥心的调制：将富强粉600克、猪油300克混合擦匀即成酥心。
3.馅料的调制：按馅料配方拌匀即成。
4.成型、烘烤：先把水油皮包酥心，用酥棍擀成长条，卷成马鞍形，再擀成圆饼，包入馅料成圆形。入炉用慢火(约140℃)烤至饼面黄色飞酥，并有底火即成。
产品特点 形状圆形，色泽鲜明，皮要飞酥，入口香甜。
