This paper studied the top six teams of the 10~(th) Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships,by using the method of documentation,video analysis,expert interviews and mathematical statistics,In view of this structure of the our aerobic gymnastics team, the paper will have a detailed and thorough study on composition of routines from the rules of artistic evaluation,the execution and difficulty.

In order to adapt the development tendency of Horizontal Bar,improve our condition of horizontal bar lower development,through using the method of referring to documents,video a- nalysis and interview expert,this paper analyzes the change of new international men s gymnas- tics code of points and influence on movement arrangement of horizontal bar in the recent impor- tant world competitions.
