Under the requirements of the new era of the 21st century, the new national English Teaching Syllabus for English Majors (Syllabus hereafter) was issued by the Ministry of Education in April, 2000, which gives a detailed description about the cultivation objectives and the course design requirements for English majors.
为适应21世纪国际化经济时代的要求,教育部于2000年4月批准实施了《高等学校英语专业英语教学大纲》(以下简称《大纲》)。
