性质:又称管束式反应器。由许多很细的反应管组成,管内装有催化剂的固定床反应器。结构与管壳式换热器相似,由管束、壳体、两端封头等组成。列管外采用烟气、高温水蒸气等提供反应所需热量,或采用熔盐、导热油和水等移出反应放出的热量,维持反应温度。多用于强放热反应、强吸热反应且反应进行很快的情况,如邻二甲苯氧化反应器、乙烯氧化制环氧乙烷的反应器、甲醇氧化制甲醛的反应器等。
