| 批发 wholesale 专门从事大宗商品交易的商业活动。零售的对称。是商品流通中不可缺少的一个环节。通常有两种情况：①商业企业将商品批量售给其他商业企业用作转卖。②商业企业将用作再加工的生产资料供应给生产企业。 批发是随着商品经济的发展而产生的。商品生产和商品交换的发展，使商品购销量增大，流通范围扩展，生产者相互之间、生产者与零售商之间直接进行商品交换，常有困难或不方便，于是产生了专门向生产者直接购进商品，然后再转卖给其他生产者或零售商的批发商业，商业部门内部有了批发和零售之间的分工。批发业务一般由批发企业来经营，每次批售的商品数量较大，并按批发价格出售。商品的批发价格低于零售价格，即存在着批零差价，其差额由零售企业所耗费的流通费用、税金和利润构成。商业批发是生产与零售之间的中间环节。通过商业批发活动，使社会产品从生产领域进入流通领域，起到组织和调动地区之间商品流通的作用。还可通过商品储存发挥“蓄水池”作用，平衡商品供求。 |
