| 潍坊国际风筝节 中国大型国际民间文化活动。从1984年开始，每年的4月1日在中国山东潍坊举办。潍坊风筝以其扎、糊、画俱佳而闻名。风筝的主要产地为杨家埠村。这里制作的风筝造型生动逼真、飞翔平稳，加之人们把木版年画 移植到风筝上，使风筝色彩艳丽、明快，充满了浓郁的乡土气息和地方特色。50年代潍坊的风筝飞向海外，曾在21个国家和地区的上空飞翔。1988年4月1日，第五届潍坊国际风筝会主席团召开会议，选举中国潍坊为世界风筝都。并把评选出的世界风筝十绝收藏在山东省潍坊风筝博物馆内，作为永久性的纪念。国际风筝联合会的总部就设在潍坊风筝博物馆内。每年风筝节及其间的几届风筝邀请赛均在潍北海滩上进行。风筝节期间，除观看风筝的比赛表演、交流风筝制作技艺外，潍坊还举办经济贸易洽谈会和民俗文艺活动。连续举办13届国际风筝节，树立了潍坊区域形象，引进外资超过3亿美元。 |
