中国美术学院艺术设计职业技术学院为中国美术学院下属二级学院。学院位于杭州市西湖区转塘。
学院办学宗旨为：以高职教育为立校之本，以市场需求为导向，以学生成才为目标，培养应用型、创业型的高级艺术设计职业技术专门人才。学院坚持“立足现代艺术设计，发展都市时尚设计，传承工艺美术设计”的办学方向，树立品牌意识，营造专业特色，注重教学质量，具有较高的办学知名度和良好的社会声誉。学院重视学生的创新思维能力、实际动手能力、专业适应能力和就业创业能力的培养。学生毕业后，颁发由中国美术学院签发的国家承认学历的文凭。
浙江省教育厅确立我院为全省工艺美术类中职师资培训基地；我院是浙江省内唯一一家轻工行业特有工种职业技能培训基地。
学院现设五个系：特种工艺美术系、工业设计系、环境艺术设计系、视觉传达设计系、影视动画设计系；共有十三个专业方向：雕塑艺术设计、装饰艺术设计、礼品与首饰设计、雕刻艺术与家具设计、产品造型设计、展示设计、景观设计、室内设计、多媒体设计与制作、出版美术、平面设计、动漫设计与制作、影视动画。
学院现有在校生1200余名，现有专任教师62名，其中高级职称11
