Based on a briefly review of the main theories of "conceptual PE view",this thesis expounds the philosophical and culture background of the PE view so as to the reinterpretion of the profound philosophical implications in the West through reconsidering the concepts of PE and sport in question,the digestion of which is expected to reinforcethe accomplishments in logical thinking.

The article directs against some standpoints which regard Mencius doctrine of kingcraft as people-foundation theory,it proposes that,Mencius does not have humanistic thought,the true meaning of his thought is that he regards people as the capital of country,rather than the masters of country.
