In this paper,a large number of effective data collection,combined with the relevant national laws and regulations,the use of mathematical statistics,considering different types of schools in the value of regional differences,the base fees,the difference between subjects factor,to analyse tuition fees for colleges and universities,Finally,a new college tuition programs was established.

The tuition for higher education has become one focus in the nation.

This paper points out that the tuition income of colleges and universities should not be included in the national purse and the collection of tuitions should be computerized, and puts forward some suggestions on the problem of default of tuition payment.
