性质:由手性试剂和手性底物产生的双重不对称诱导作用而进行的不对称合成。当R=R*=(-)-孟基时,产物R-(-)-型41%对映体过量(e.e.)在双不对称合成中,两个控制因素有可能相互加强,因而较大程度地提高反应的立体选择性,以使预期的对映体有较高的收率。
