由，汇‘方鑫冬金竺堕坚篇荔应易筛。-【出口结算方式的管理】目前，我国出口贸易结算方式主要有信用证、托收和汇款三种。信用证项下的出口结算是出口单位根据国外进口商通过国外银行开来信用证或保证书，按其条款规定将出口单据送交国内外汇指定银行，由国内外汇指定银行办理审单议付，并向国外银行收取外汇后，向出口单位办理结汇的一种结算方式。按照信用证的规定期限，信用证项下的付款方式一般有即期和远期两种。出口托收是出口单位根据贸易合同规定，在出口货物发运后将有关出口单据递交国内外汇指定银行，并委托该银行向国外进口商收取货款的一种结算方式。托收也有即期托收和远期托收之分。汇款是进出口双方通过外汇指定银行以汇款来结算货款的结算方式。汇款结算又分为预付货款和货到付款两种方式。我国对出口贸易渺不同结算方式有下述原则的管理规定:(1)桔用证结算方式是建立在银行信用基础上的，而托收和汇款结算方式是建立在商业信用基础上的，为了安全及时地收回出口货款扩一般来讲应多采用信用证结算方式，对信用证改变索汇路线要严格审查。(2)根据国际卑易的习恤和特点，对不同国家和地区，不同，商品和对象，也可以谨慎而有选摔她采用跟单托收方式，但应尽可能做即期托收。(3)为了避免风·入险，出口单位在采用远期收汇方式时，应加强对进口商资信、进口国市场和进口国外汇管理情况的调查，从严控制远期收汇的期限。(4)
