| 双杠 parallel bars 男子竞技体操项目。19世纪初，双杠已成为欧洲流行较广的一种健身项目。后来被德国体操家F.L.杨定型为体操器械。1896年列入奥运会比赛项目。现代比赛用双杠由4根立柱架设两根平行的木制横杠制成，杠长350厘米，高175厘米，可升降。双杠比赛的成套动作由摆动、摆越、屈伸、弧形摆动、回环、空翻和静止用力等动作组成。成套动作要求以摆动和腾空为主。20世纪初双杠静力性动作较多。30年代出现前摆转体180°成支撑和后空翻成支撑动作。50～60 年代双杠技术有了新的进展，动作幅度加大。70年代中期空翻两周下被普遍采用，80年代出现了向后大回环和空翻加转体的多种下法，促进了双杠技术的发展。中国运动员从1980～1992年取得6次双杠世界冠军。
