The problems discussed in this article are as follows,first,the nature of applying for court s preservation measures;second,problems and difficulties faced by people s court when it takes preservation measuies;third,legislative thinking about it.

Combined with construction features of running railway line,from organization and instruction,stipulation and implementation of safety measures and other aspects the safety assurance measures adopted in construction process of the running railway line are elaborated,in order to eliminate hidden dangers to ensure driving and construction safety to realize safety production object.

Based on the specific case of new-generation Dispatching Automation System of Zibo Power Supply Company,in order to meet the requirements of management patterns,security protection and management,the security measures in operation was discussed in this paper.

This paper lists the relationship of the hose diameter,the length of the hose and the pressure loss,analyses the influencing factors of the hose assembly working life,and finally gives the normal security measures which are in common used in the high-pressured hose.

It also made comparative study on the interim measures of protection between UNCITRAL Model Law and the current Chinese Law before presenting the author\'s points of view as to the amendment of the Chinese current legislation.
