1、洗净二，三个大土豆的外皮（不要削皮），放入微波炉大火叮四分钟，取出翻面再叮三分钟。（小心烫！）
2、切适量火腿丁，放适量黄油，沙拉酱，胡椒粉。
3、分开二半，用勺子取出土豆肉，边上留1厘米边不要挖。
