东汉“服阕还郎”的“故事”规定,凡在郎署和由郎署迁出的中央散吏,或已经决定由郎官出补但还未出京师的官吏等“宦皇帝者”,其去官为亲行服时,还保留着与皇帝的私的关系,保留着郎官的身分,服丧后要直接还署为郎。
