The thought of Hume s economic philosophy came into being in the context of enlightenment,and it reflects the selfishness and the limited generosity of human under the condition of the lack of the natural resource,and revels three laws of justice:the law of possessing property,the law of transferring the possession according to agreement,the law of fulfilling the promise.
