20世纪30～40年代美国黑人统一战线组织。1936年2月14～16日,来自28个州585个社团的代表817人在芝加哥召开美国全国黑人大会成立大会。出席者中有共产党人、黑人活动家、工人、自由职业者、宗教界人士、工业家，主要为黑人，代表会员 120万。领导机构是由75人组成的全国理事会。A.P.伦道夫任全国主席。其纲领主要是反对种族歧视，争取黑人权利，推动黑人加入工会，加强工人团结，谴责国内法西斯势力，揭露美国政府奉行的纵容国际法西斯侵略的"中立"外交政策，但缺乏明确的最终目标。
大会成立后，在芝加哥、巴尔的摩、华盛顿、加利福尼亚等地建立起56个地方委员会，领导群众反对私刑、争取黑人就业和选举权的斗争，取得积极成果。1937年10月召开第 2次全国代表大会,集中讨论了组织问题,号召工人参加产联，呼吁发动反法西斯战争及争取国际和平的运动。1940年4月召开第3次全国代表大会,由于右翼对美共等进步力量影响的增长怀有仇视与恐惧心理，致使组织分裂，日趋削弱，1947年全国黑人大会解散。
