This paper is an attempt to construct the evaluation system and criteria of CAI courseware intended for the technique-oriented PE class by such ways as reviewing related literature,consulting experts in this field of study and mathematical statistics.

In the light of College English Syllabus and based on the present conditions in the teaching of Collage English, this paper suggests the classified teaching principle of College English, the application of different teaching methods to different levels for art and physical education majors so aa to improve their English learning.
