In this paper, to solve the shortcomings of current ATM capacity management for survivability, a new mechanism (named CMGCSS) is presented, which is based on survivability importance of various services, and is composed of capacity preemption during restoration and spare capacity placement in advance.
文中针对当前研究中已提出的ＡＴＭ 网络生存性资源管理机制的不足，基于网络中各种服务不同的生存重要性，引入了故障恢复过程中的资源剥夺，并改进了预先的空闲容量规划，形成了新的生存性资源管理机制（记作ＣＭＧＣＳＳ）。
