| 云梦秦简 中国湖北省云梦县睡虎地11号秦墓出土的竹简。1975年发掘出土。共1100多枚。简长23.1～27.8厘米，宽0.5～0.8厘米。简文为墨书秦篆 ，有的写于战国晚期，有的写于秦始皇时期。 竹简经整理编纂，分为《编年记》、《语书》、《秦律十八种》、《效律》、《秦律杂抄》、《法律答问》、《封诊式》、《为吏之道》和《日书》9种。其中最重要的是有关秦代法律的文书，其内容已超出战国李悝的《法经》，具备了刑法、诉讼法、民法、军法、行政法、经济法等方面内容。对农田水利、牛马饲养、粮食贮放、徭役征发、刑徒服役、工商业管理、官吏任免、军爵赏赐、物资帐目、军官任免、军队训练、战场纪律、战勤供应、战后奖惩等，都有具体规定，而以刑法最为成熟。这批竹简是研究战国晚期到秦始皇时期政治、经济、文化、法律、军事的可信史料，也是校核古籍的重要依据。 |
