| 法兰西第五共和国（1958～ ） French Fifth Republic 1958年9月以后在法国建立的资产阶级共和国 。1958年6月1日，阿尔及利亚问题引起了政治危机 ，法国议会授权C.-A.-M.-J.戴高乐组织政府。9月 ，公民投票通过新宪法草案，产生第五共和国宪法。宪法削弱了议会的地位，加强了总统和政府的权力。11月，戴高乐派的保卫新共和 国联盟在国民议会选举中获得多数席位。12月21日，戴高乐当选为第五共和国第一任总统,1959年1月8日正式就职，1965年12月再度当选。之后，G.-J.-R.蓬皮杜、V.吉斯卡尔·德斯坦、F.M.密特朗、J.希拉克先后担任法国总统。 |
