The first is the relationship among political force, economic force and cultural force; the second is among each individual as a social person,an economical person as well as a fully-developed independant person; the third is the relation between employers and employees, finally, the relationship between the enterprise internal development and its external environmen.

Karl Marx had described what the behaviors and symptoms the people with abnormal personality had on physical、mental、moral and aesthetic, and further point out that the people with normal personality should be the individuals of free and full development.

For this reason, through discussion of the historical patterns of gender harmony and the relationship between human freedom and all-round development, this paper seeks to interpret the harmony between men and women on a philosophical plane.
