This paper discusses two periods,1993—1998 and 1999—2004,and provides the correlation of FDI,GDP,the imports and exports of foreign-owned enterprises,the overall amount of import and export commodity,and analyzes the trend and causes of the correlation.
本文在分析了八大经济区实际利用国外直接投资(FD I)的水平和特点的基础上,计算了八大经济区在1993—1998年和1999—2004年两个阶段中FD I与GDP、外商投资企业进出口、进出口商品总值的关联度,探讨了关联度变化的原因及趋势,并由此对各经济区今后引资提出了相关的政策建议。

【澳大利亚放宽对外国银行管理】1992年，澳大利亚总理宣布将在近期放宽对外国银行的管理，允许外国银行在澳大利亚建立分支行或附属机构。外国银行的分支行只能进行批发业务，而在当地注册的附属机构则能够经营零售业务。澳大利亚批准申请建立分支行的条件是这些银行有良好的资信状况，并遵守澳大利亚的有关管理条例。此次放宽的目的是促进当地银行的竞争，加强澳大利亚银行在国际市场的竞争能力，并发展在储备银行监控下的融资部门。
