By studying the problem and solution of information asymmetry in bank credit, this paper analyses the mechanism how Main Bank System solves the information asymmetry, and studies the reasons of some main banks failure in Japan and Korea, provides some problems in developing Main Bank System in our country.
本文通过对银行信贷中的信息不对称问题及其解决办法的研究,分析了主办银行制对解决信息不对称问题的作用机理:假定国有企业决策者的效用源于其对企业的控制权,则主办银行制对企业控制权随机转移的要求会对决策者产生有效的激励,从而缓和由于信息不对称引发的逆向选择和道德风险问题。
