（1）本期少股东损益应当归为流动资金来源（或抵消流动资金来源项目），其数额在“流动资金来源”中“固定资产折旧”项目之前，以“少数股东损益”项目单独反映。因为在合并损益表中，本期少数股东利润（损失）列为合并净利润（损失）的减项，但并没有动用（增加）流动资金。相反，其性质与母公司的净利润（损失）相同，应作为流动资金来源的增加（减少）。
