Based on theoretical studies, the authors studied the influencing factors of feelings of academic success (FO AS), such as situations, level of aspiration and attribution, and tried to const ruct a model with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).

The present situation about poor college students\' level of aspiration is one of the higher education managers\' top concerns and the relationship between level of aspiration and self-esteem is also one of the focuses in psychological studies.

On the basis of the antecedents studies of Feelings of Academic Success (FOAS), this study tried to resolve the practical problem of improving FOAS by the following two approaches: level of aspiration instruction and attributional training.

By means group instructions,individual talks,and detailed paper interviews with one hundred high school students,the half a year s empirical research obtained the result that proper performance-aspiration-level-based guidance for students could improve their feeling of academic success.

The result shows that firstly the performance is obviously correlated to intelligence level,so are non-intelligence level,non-intelligence competitiveness and ambition;secondly there exists.

A total of 32 circular-section concrete columns confined by CFRP sheet were tested in uniaxial compression involved in different preload ratio,concrete strength and CFRP plies.
