二宫尊德是日本江户时代后期著名的农政家和思想家,他在成功地对600余处贫穷农村进行改革再建过程中,形成了其自成一体的“报德仕法”思想。

His “virtue practice” based on the principles of “ultimate honesty, industrious work, moderate behavior, modest decline” serves effectively as the guiding line for the country reforms during the Edo period, since it best represents the features of oriental cultural values and ethnics and therefore renders its creator the fame of “a mode.
二宫尊德通称二宫金次郎,是日本江户时代末期著名的农政学家、思想家和农村改革实践家,他主张以“至诚、勤劳、分度、推让”为主旨的“报德仕法”,有效地指导了日本江户末期以后的农村改革实践活动,表现了东方文化价值伦理的本质特征,成为近现代日本妇孺皆知的传统道德的楷模。
