Gongren Yundonghui工人运动会全称全国工人运动会，为全国性工业系统主办的综合运动会。有中华全国总工会和国家体育行政主管部门主办。①第1届。1955年10月2一9日在北京市举行。参加比赛的有17个产业系统的1709名运动员。比赛蒸 第二届工人运动会开幕式项目有田径、自行车、举重、篮球、排球和足球。有10名运动员打破了4项田径、2项自行车、5项举重的全国最高纪录。②第2届。1985年9月7一巧日在北京举行。有各省、自治区、直辖市和火车头体协、银鹰体协、水电体协共犯个单位的4600名运动员参加。设田径、游泳、足球、篮球、排球、乒乓球、举重、公路自行车8个比赛项目及武术表演。③第3届。1996年4月30日在天安门广场举行开幕式，10月4日在北京工人体育场举行闭幕式，历时5个多月。有各省、自治区、直辖市和24个行业部门以及中央国家机关共55个单位的7000多名运动员参加。设有大众体育创编项目、太极柔力球、田径、足球、健美操、游泳、乒乓球、门球、中国象棋、桥牌、篮球11个大项。比赛在全国巧个赛区的17个城市进行，分前期和后期2个赛段，前期赛事从4月14日一8月中旬，进行足球预选赛和篮球、健美操、门球、乒乓球、象棋、游泳、桥牌8个项目的比赛;后期赛事从8月22日一9月30日，进行足球、大众体育创编项目、太极柔力球和田径比赛。
