陆清洁撰。书中共载述怔忡、失眠、癫狂痫、痰饮、臌胀等36种病证。每一病证分病源、病状、变症、疗法、调养5项论述。选方均注明出处，每方有方解一篇，介绍该方药性、主治及配伍原则。书末提出预防内伤应注意情志变化，节制饮食和房欲，起居宜谨慎，劳役不可过度等，可供临床参酌。但作者认为内科内伤病俱属不足，则失之片面。此书收入丛书《医学顾问大全》，1934年由世界书局出版单行本。
