| 高骈（?～887） 中国唐末大将。字千里。先世为渤海人，迁居幽州（今北京）。世代为禁军将领。曾统兵御党项及吐蕃，又镇安南（今越南），为静海军节度使，整治安南至广州江道，沟通物资运输。后移镇西川，在任上刑罚严酷，滥杀无辜。他筑成都府砖城，加强防御。又在境上驻扎重兵，迫南诏修好 ，几年内蜀地较安。僖宗乾符五年（878），徙荆南（今湖北江陵）。朝廷任其为镇海军（今江苏镇江）节度使、诸道兵马都统、江淮盐铁转运使。次年，又迁淮南（今江苏扬州北）节度副大使知节度事，仍充都统、盐铁使以镇压王仙芝、黄巢起义军和主管江淮财赋。广明元年（880），黄巢起义军自广州（今属广东）北趋江淮，高骈坐守扬州，保存实力 。起义军入西京长安时，朝廷再三征高骈“赴难”，他欲兼并两浙，割据一方，遂逗留不行。中和二年（882），朝廷罢免其职。光启三年（887），部将毕师铎奉命出屯高邮，联合诸将，返攻扬州。城陷，高骈被囚，不久被杀。 |
