Based on the summary and comparison made on the existed meteorological drought indices and combined with the merit of the Palmer drought severity index(PDSI) and the standard precipitation index(SPI),an integrated meteorological drought index(DI) is put forward herein,and then the correlation between the drought index and the drought/disastered areas and the runoff distribution is analyzed.
在总结对比已有气象干旱指数的基础上,结合帕默尔干旱指数(PDSI)和标准化降水指数(SPI)的优点,提出综合气象干旱指数DI,并对综合气象干旱指数与区域干旱受旱/成灾面积和径流丰枯的相互关系进行分析,结果表明:综合气象干旱指数能够较好地反映区域干旱受旱/成灾范围,以及河道径流的丰枯状况。

英国画家。1805年1月27日生于伦敦，1881年5月24日卒于萨里郡的雷德希尔。14岁时开始在皇家学院展出作品,深受J.M.W.泰纳的影响。16岁时认识J.林内尔,并通过他于1824年结识了W.布莱克。他崇拜布莱克，但作品又具有自己的独创性。1826年创作的一些水彩画和乌贼墨画,把深沉的宗教感情与幻觉糅合在一起,如《月光下的羊群和风景》（伦敦塔特画廊）、《在肖勒姆的一座花园中》就是这时期的杰作。早期（1826～1835）是帕尔默创作的盛期，晚期作品失去了早期的那种幻景场面。20世纪20～30年代，人们对帕尔默早期风景画的兴趣又恢复了，甚至影响了现代浪漫主义艺术家P.纳什和G.萨瑟兰。
