领导者人际交往特点(eharaeteristicsof a leader’5 soeial interaetion)作为人类的一种特殊人际交往种类，领导者的人际交往具有如下特点:(l)交往面的宽泛性。领导活动本身的特点，决定了领导者的人际交往是立体的多维交往。领导者不仅要同自己的下属进行广泛而频繁的交往，而且要同自己的上级和同级进行交往:不仅要以领导者的身份同群体内部其他成员进行交往，而且还要作为本群体的代表者，与其他群体进行交往。其宽泛性远远超过一般的人际交往。(2)与群体活动的密切相关性。由于领导者在群体中的身份地位，领导者的人际交往都直接或间接地对群体活动发生影响。(3)交往内容的高层次性。领导者的人际交往是与群体的价值目标相联系的，是基于一定的理论、信念，服务于群体价值目标的实现，因而是高层次的人际交往。(4)交往活动的主导性。由于领导者在交往过程中具有鲜明的目的性、主动性和自觉性，故对交往的方向和进程可以施加更大的影响。(5)交往行为的角色制约性。领导者的人际交往行为要受其角色规范和角色期望的制约和影响，不是可以随心所欲的。 (张丽君撰王树茂张德审)
