领导者角色知觉(role pereeption ofaleader)领导者对自己的身份地位、行为规范、以及人们对领导角色的社会期待的认识与理解。角色知觉的正确与否，制约于三个条件:一是对领导角色的内涵、角色规范和角色期望的明确程度;二是对以往的角色经历和角色实现的学习程度;三是对角色变化的敏感性和适应性。正确的角色知觉是领导者顺利有效地实现自己的角色，完成领导活动任务的前提条件之一。对自己的“公仆”身份的正确认识与理解，以全心全意为人民服务为己任，是社会主义领导者正确的角色知觉的核心内容。错误的角色知觉，会带来角色行为的偏离，造成干群关系的颠倒和紧张现象，不仅直接影响领导活动效果，也是现阶段党风和社会风气不正的重要表现。 (范粉章撰王树茂张德审)
