Through a study of the scientific and technological talents in Inner Mongolia which covers their profession, special fields of learning, professional title, records of formal schooling, sex, age and the regional structure of their distribution, the author of this paper finds out the main problems in the regional distribution structure of the scientific and technological talents in Inner Mongolia.
