补充资料：《苏联和各加盟共和国民事立法纲要》
苏联最高苏维埃于1961年12月8日通过，1962年5月1 日起施行。《民事立法纲要》是各加盟共和国制定民法典的立法基础。除前言外，包括8章，129条。各章分别对总则、所有权、债权、著作权、发现权、发明权、继承权、外国人和无国籍人的权利能力、外国民事法律、国际条约和国际协定的适用等问题作了规定。根据规定，苏维埃民事立法调整下列各方之间的关系：国家组织、合作社组织、社会团体相互之间的关系；公民同国家组织、合作社组织、社会团体之间的关系；公民相互之间的关系。民事立法不适用于一方在行政上从属于另一方的财产关系，以及税务关系和预算关系。家庭关系、劳动关系、土地关系以及集体农庄中根据集体农庄章程发生的关系，分别由家庭立法、劳动立法、土地立法和集体农庄立法加以调整。苏联最高苏维埃主席团于1973及1977年，曾数次发布法令，对《民事立法纲要》进行补充和修改。
