补充资料:蹲踞式起跑

蹲踞式起跑包括“各就位”、“预备”、“跑”三个动作。听到“各就位”口令后,做几次深呼吸,轻松地走或跑到起跑器前,屈体,两手撑地,有力腿在前,两脚依次蹬在起跑器上,后腿跪在地面上;两手拇指相对,其余四指并拢,虎口向前,两手约与肩同宽撑于起跑线后,两臂伸直,肩微移超过起跑线;颈部自然放松,两眼视前方半米处,注意听“预备”口令。

预备口令发出后,后边支撑腿稍抬,臀部和肩平或者稍高于肩,但是后边腿要弯曲,不要伸直,两眼视前方三米处,注意听枪响.

枪响后后脚快速瞪离起跑器,两臂快速摆动,身体前倾至10米处逐渐抬起,快速跑下去。
