竞渡画像纹 铜鼓纹饰之一。在石寨山型的铜鼓上较习见。船的首尾，装饰成鸟头，鸟尾形象，船身窄长，船头、船尾高翘。船上人物，头戴羽冠，腰系吊幅，有的上下身裸露，有执羽杖指挥，有划桨、有掌梢、有舞蹈，一般都各有固定的位置和行动的程式。他们前后坐成一行，动作协调一致，并具有强烈的节奏感。船下有鱼，表示船行在水中。许多学者认为，铜鼓上的船纹是龙舟竞渡习俗的一种反映。竞渡之俗，在我国长江以南各民族中，甚为流行。岭南的“百越”，远在原始社会就居住在水地区，善于使舟。赛龙舟，是他们水上生活的演习。写实船纹的铜鼓，多为汉代遗物。
