【金融制度宏观效益指标】国家用来衡量宏观经济效益完成程度的主要指标。首先要看金融制度在动员储蓄与鼓励投资上是否充分发挥了作用，能否使社会的总储蓄与总投资保持在一个相当高的水平上，社会总储蓄与总投资能否维持平衡;其次，就是要看金融市场是否稳健发展，其中主要应看金融市场的结构、金融工具的价格(如利率、汇率及股市价格等)和金融市场上资金的流量与流向是否合理与稳定等。第三，要考察金融制度是否对一国宏观经济的稳定与发展做出了贡献，既不能因金融过度紧缩而使经济出现衰退，也不能因金融过度扩张而出现通货膨胀。最好的情况就是通过金融的宏观灵活调节，促进经济持续、稳定与协调的增长。
