花山崖壁画 分布于广西宁明、龙州、扶绥、崇左等县的明江和左江沿岸的峭壁上。在沿河岸200多公里的范围内，共发现崖壁画60多处。仅在宁明县花山一处，在长约300米、高约260米的范围内，画有1300多个人物形象，高3米至30厘米不等。最大的场面，长170米、高44米。规模之大，为国内罕见。所画人物形象，大多是两手上举，双脚叉开。每组有一高大人物位于人群中央，腰佩刀剑。间有铜鼓、狗马等形象。似是作战会师，庆祝大会或集体娱乐等活动场面的记录。全用土红色画成，鲜艳夺目，线条粗犷，形象简朴，风格相同。崖壁画的制作年代，目前尚无一致的看法。
