性质:又称链球菌纤溶酶。由β-溶血性链球菌(Streptococcus haemolyticus)发酵液提取而得的蛋白水解酶。白色或类白色无定形粉末,易溶于水及生理盐水,最适pH值7.3~7.6。在稀释溶液中很不稳定,于pH值5.0稳定溶液可发生可逆失活,pH值9.0以上发生不可逆失活。水溶液置冰箱保存12h以上失活。粉末在2~8℃密封保存可达2年,一种微生物来源的蛋白酶类溶血栓药物。它先与血浆纤溶酶原结合构成激活剂,再去激活剩余的纤溶酶,后者可溶解纤维蛋白原和纤维蛋白,从而产生溶解血栓之效果。当链激酶与纤溶酶原比值为0.1:1时,形成的纤溶酶最多,其纤溶活性最强。
