   商业部门或物资部门通过产销合同,预先向生产企业订货的一种购买方式。订购的特点是:买卖双方洽商签订一份协议书,该协议书是贸易合同的简化形式,具有法律约束力,买卖双方地位是平等的。合同一旦订立,双方都必须严格履行合同规定的义务,任何一方不得擅自变更或解除合同。协议书的内容,一般应包括:品名、规格、数量、包装、价格、交货时间 、付款方式 、保险及运输等条件。在订购形式下,企业为了争取商业部门或物资部门更多的订货,必须提高产品质量,增加产品品种,降低产品成本,生产价廉物美、适销对路的产品。
