文学对非智力因紊的影响(effeet onnon一intellingenee faetors through literature)主要有三个方面的影响:(功对意志性格的影响。罗丹说:“美就是性格和表现。”文学形象常提供良好的意志性格的范例。读者对典型人物的优良胜格、坚强意志感到赞赏，在想像与共鸣中进行对照、仿效，在认同、表同中，同化于自己的心灵。这是一种动情的模仿、自愿调适，又是其他方式的性格意志培养所难以达到的“内心操练”，久而久之成为一种潜在而又恒常的心境，培养了意志与性格。对青少年来讲，由于自我意识的发展、独立性的增强、情感世界的丰富及内心的闭锁性，使文学作品“内心操练”的潜移默化就更为有效了。(2)培养了求知的兴趣。文学作品总包含着使人耳日一新的内容，提供既熟悉而又陌生的事物，加上“戏要曲”，这就能适应人探奇寻胜的好奇心、求知欲.从而培养了兴趣。兴趣常是和愉快的情绪相联系，文学感人动情的形象，使读者在观照中享受审美的愉悦。所以文学作品极易引起读者的兴趣，从而也培养了良好的兴趣品质。(3)培养了注意力。注意这种心理状态是学习的必要条件，也是深入的审美感受的必要条件。注意受新鲜刺激的诱导和兴趣的控制。文学作品为读者提供了熟悉而又陌生的新鲜刺激，曲折的情节和审美的愉悦又维持了高度兴趣。这就有利于注意力的集中与稳定，达到废寝忘食的境界。阅读中眼球的停和跳，又能培养注意力的转移与分配。通过阅读作品所培养的注意力，不仅对日后欣赏文艺有利，而且成为个性心理品质之一。这些都培养了读者的非智力因素。 (梁息全撰巨巫固审)
