指一种带血管的腓肠神经移植手术。腓肠神经与小隐静脉相邻近，神经血供回流入小隐静脉，移植时只要将小隐静脉动脉化，便可立即向腓肠神经提供血运。详见“吻合血管的小隐静脉动脉化的腓肠神经移植术”条目。此手术是1985年由我国学者顾玉东最先提出。
