The article mainly used the Inquiring-Paper Investigation, analysed the basic characters about middle school student s need for sports from the social psychological aspect.

There are complex relations between moral,intellectual and physical,internal and external,social and individual,purposeful and instrumental,man-forming and worker-forming,universal and special,realistic and long-run,and succeeding and innovating educational needs,and even more complex relation between complex educational needs and complex material and spiritual needs.
