The results suggest that the medicine-separated moxibustion on Shenque can relieve the damage of the lipid peroxidation in endurance-trained mice after exhaustive exercise,improve the metabolism confusion of free radical caused by sports,and prolong the exhaustive time significantly in endurance-trained mice.
以SD大鼠为研究对象,建立耐力训练再力竭运动大鼠模型,通过测定不同组别大鼠心肌、骨骼肌中SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性及MDA含量的变化,探讨隔药灸神阙对耐力训练再力竭运动大鼠心肌、骨骼肌自由基代谢的影响。
