性质:测定橡胶与金属或织物黏合面之间黏合强度的一种试验,简称剥离试验,也称密着力试验。试验时规定试样有效宽度为10mm,25mm,50mm,有效剥离长度70mm,剥离速度100mm/min±5mm/min,标准剥离角度为90°,180°两种,橡胶与金属或织物的剥离强度按下式计算。,式中,σb为橡胶与金属粘接的剥离强度,kN/m;S为有效剥离长度内所记录图形面积,cm2或m2;B为试样宽度,cm或m;C为剥离曲线上负荷坐标单位长度所代表的负荷,kgf/cm或kN/m;L为有效剥离长度,cm。对橡胶与织物剥离强度也可以按剥离曲线中部50%区域内从小到大排列的峰值中,取前一半较小峰值的平均值作为试样的剥离强度。该方法可用于质量控制或对黏合体系的比较,但也可引伸到研究试样大小、剥离角度、试验速度等对试验结果的影响。
