| 高低杠 asymmetrical bars 女子竞技体操项目之一。源于欧洲，由双杠演变而来。1936年第十一届奥运会列为女子团体比赛内容。现代高低杠器械由固定在不同高度支柱上的两根横杠组成，横杠由椭圆形玻璃钢制成。高杠高2.30米，低杠高1.50米，两杠间距可调节。比赛时要求充分利用高、低两杠，在一杠上最多只能连续做4个动作。20世纪50年代前期，混合支撑、悬垂和静止动作较多。50年代末60年高低杠比赛代初，增加了摆动动作，同时出现绷杠动作和转体换握、转体下法。60年代末70年代初随着器械装置的变革，高低杠技术迅速发展，出现了腾身倒立、正掏、反掏等动作。70年代末又移植了单杠大回环、飞行、空翻再握动作，使高低杠技术发展进入新阶段，动作技术更加合理，连接更加惊险，编排更加新颖。借鉴单杠动作与技术是高低杠发展的总趋势。高低杠的发展方向是成套动作加难、加长，飞行、空翻动作增多和不断创新。
