According the official files and studies,this article analyzed the question of collapse of Weiming Club and northern Anhui writer Wei Cong-wu\'s experiment on the cooporative alliance when he was a chief executive in his hometown Huoqiu county,in a hope to discover the historical truth of and resume the fame of Wei Cong-wu who was blocked in history.
