市盈率定价法——
通过市盈率确定股票发行价格的方法称为市盈率，它首先应根据注册会计师审核后的盈利预测计算出发行人的每股收益，然后可根据二级市场的平均市盈率、发行人的行业状况、发行人的经营状况及其成长性等拟订发行市盈率，最后依发行市盈率与每股收益之乘积决定发行价。
